- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have done some work done by JATT BUILDER FROM MILLFIELDS ROAD. I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the work. I have had a complete new roof done by him. He kept demanding the cash from day two on the job. i with drew £2000 at a time as he was constanstly persistant. i asked for a receipt after the job was complete and was NOT given one. HE stole all the old lead off my roof ( this would have been well over 40 years old and expensive stuff) lead was more than 15m in length and claimed that it was put in the skip. EVERY rain fall the roof leaks as he has NOT done the sloping roof lead correctly. The length of the roof lead has not been stepped and so has started to buckle every 1.2m in the length. the slope part of the roof is not done correctly and the lead work cut into the bricks is toolow. The flashing he should have used in conjunction with the flat tiles he used has NOT been used. this is where the leak is happening along a 3m stretch. the point work is one to be seen. in all honesty the work he has done could have been done better. by far. DO NOT GIVE HIS ROGUE BUILDER YOUR MONEY. He will not answer your calls or reply to your messages. MR JATT BUILDER EMPLOYS ILLEGALL IMMIGRANTS AND I HAVE PROOF OF THAT. HE HAS DONE ME OUT OF £6000 IN CASH and i will not let it go until i see him exposed. MR JATT builder is a one man band on a sinking ship.
